Endocytotic segregation of gliadin peptide 31-49 in enterocytes
Conclusions Endocytic segregation of gliadin peptide AA 31–49 seems to be a constitutive process. It explains why this peptide cannot stimulate gluten-sensitive T cells. Gluten Free Search Website Redesigned

Late yesterday (yes we work on Sundays too!) we published a complete redesign of our Gluten Free Search website ( http://glutenfreesearch.org/ )using a new layout and most importantly completely new software.

The new and improved design does exactly what the domain name claims, it helps you to search for gluten free food. To make it faster and easier a number of popular searches are listed as pages so you can go directly to a listing of, for example, gluten free elbow pasta.

You can also supply your own search term and very quickly get a page with listings of the gluten free food items you wish to find.

We spent many long hours, and devised some completely new software enhancements too, in the hopes of making it easier and more pleasant to shop online for gluten free food.

Your feedback on the form and function of the site is welcome.

Pot luck Dinners

My daughter and I just found out we have celiac disease. After years of pain we are happy to be doing gluten free diet and feeling better. My question is if anyone has a good pot luck recipe that is gluten free. We want to participate at church but want to take something we can eat. I was hoping for a good recipe that others might like as well.
